Do I pay anything before I see it?
No. I’ll build your homepage first. You’d only pay if you want me to finish the site and get it up and running.
How long does it take?
Your homepage will take a few days. After you say yes, your site would usually be live in 2–4 weeks, depending on how quickly we trade photos and feedback.
Is there a monthly fee?
Yes, and it’s simple: $79 a month with nothing down for your first year, which covers the site, hosting, security, backups and small edits. After the 12th payment the site is yours, and you choose: $49 a month for hosting plus small updates, $20 a month for hosting only (changes are $50 each), or take your files and host it anywhere. Rather pay up front? $850 covers the whole first year, half when you say yes and half at launch. I’ll quote bigger additions first.
Can I still make changes myself?
You don’t have to. Text or email me the change and I’ll make it. Small edits are included in your first year, and after that with the $49 plan. Otherwise it’s $50 a change.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain stays in your name, and your site is plain files that any host can run. Once your first year is paid, by the 12th monthly payment or the up-front price, I’ll send you a copy whenever you ask, and you can move it anywhere.
I already have a website. Can you still help?
Yes. I’ll redesign it and keep your current domain, so customers will find you at the same address.

I’m based in Prior Lake and work with businesses across the Twin Cities metro, from Shakopee and Lakeville to Maple Grove and Woodbury.
